Biography
With more than 40 years of leadership experience in education and organizational administration, Jeff Martin brings exceptional expertise in executive operations, project coordination, and stakeholder relations to the DSG team.
Throughout his career, he has successfully managed complex administrative responsibilities, including overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, coordinating with boards of directors, executive leadership, government agencies, and community partners, while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
His career started in education after earning a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Western Kentucky University, followed by a Master of Elementary Education, a Certificate of Principal, a Certificate of Supervision, and a Certificate of Educational Leadership.
Years later, his transition from education to executive search was a natural career progression that leveraged his deep understanding of both the classroom and the education as a business.
