Daugherty Search Group is a boutique executive search firm with a passion for people and a track record for being excellent at what we do.
Over the past 20+ years, we've conducted hundreds of searches with thousands of candidates in 37 states across the U.S., and acquired firsthand knowledge of the inner workings of higher education and nonprofit organizations. A few of us even worked for some.
